Dennis O'Gara

Dennis O'Gara has had an extensive career in the operations, telecommunications, and customer service fields. Dennis started as a Technical Support Representative for Convergys Customer Management Group in 1999, providing troubleshooting and network configuration support for Gateway Computers and Intel Corp. Dennis then worked as a Telecommunications Technician for Orange County Government from 2000 to 2001. Following that, they joined Smart City Networks in 2001 and held various roles, including Telecommunications Technician, Operations Supervisor, General Manager, Director of Operations for the Midwest Region, and Sr. Director of Operations for the North Region. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Operations at Smart City Networks and eventually advanced to the position of Senior Vice President Operations, Products & Services, which they currently hold. Throughout their career, Dennis has gained extensive experience in managing operations, overseeing accounts, providing customer service, and meeting financial targets.

Dennis O'Gara obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
