Joachim Koch

Joachim Koch has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Joachim started their career at Cap Gemini as a Director and Principal, managing large scale accounts in Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain environments. Joachim then moved on to work at Adexa, Inc. as a Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan. Koch then joined Oracle as the Vice President of Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions, overseeing the Diligence and Integration of Sales Operations for acquired companies. Joachim later served as the Chief Growth Officer at SmartDreamers, a recruitment marketing automation solution company. Koch also co-founded Aspiration Marketing, where they served as the President and CEO, working with startups and scaleups to drive growth through content creation, digital marketing, and business development. Additionally, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Jobful, a white-label job platform, and as a Member of The Upside Foundation of Canada, pledging a portion of Aspiration Marketing Canada's equity to charity.

Joachim Koch obtained their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they studied from 1979 to 1984.
