Rob Galkoff FCIM DipM has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Rob started their career as a Director at The Legacy Rainbow House, a charity that provides services for children with brain injuries and disabilities. Rob then moved on to become an Associate Consultant at CACI International Inc, where they worked on various projects. After that, they served as the General Manager at e-storm international, leading the development of digital marketing strategies for European clients. Rob later became the Managing Director of the business consultants ltd, where they provided assistance to businesses in their operations, marketing, and ecommerce strategies. Rob also had a successful entrepreneurial venture as the President of Class Holdings LLC, where they opened Fringe Spa Salon. In 2013, they founded Class Holdings Limited, a marketing consultancy, and served as its Owner. Rob also worked as a Guardian Ad Litem/Professional Guardian at the State of Florida and as an IKOR Suncoast Advocate at IKOR (R) USA Inc. In their most recent role, Rob worked as an Amazon DSP Owner at Amazon Logistics. Additionally, they contributed their expertise as a Client Services team member at smartebusiness - Ecommerce Growth Specialists. With their extensive knowledge in marketing, branding, customer experience, and retail marketing, Rob has successfully helped businesses achieve their objectives.

Rob Galkoff FCIM DipM received their education in the field of marketing. Rob first attended the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a diploma in marketing. During the same period, they also studied at Leeds Beckett University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Business and Marketing in 1995.

Furthermore, Rob Galkoff obtained additional certifications from CIM. In 1994, they achieved a Diploma in Marketing, followed by becoming a Chartered Marketer in June 1997. Recently, in March 2021, they obtained the designation of CIM Chartered Marketer FCIM Member.
