Arun Rathi, MRICS

Arun Rathi, MRICS has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Arun began their career in 2005 as a Senior Executive at Tata AIG. In 2007, they moved to Mahindra Satyam as a Business Transformation Consultant for APAC. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield in various roles, starting as a Senior Associate - Consulting & Valuation and ending as Regional Head - South India & SriLanka. In 2015, they joined Elara Group (Housing, PropTiger & Makaan) as the Director - Consulting Services. In 2017, they took on the role of Business Head at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited, and in 2018 they became the Co-Founder & CBO of Pickurflick.com. Currently, they are the Country Head - India & ASEAN at Smarten Spaces.

Arun Rathi, MRICS has an education background that includes studying Finance and General at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, studying at IBS Hyderabad, studying at Banaras Hindu University, obtaining an ISC in Commerce from St. John's School, and studying at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Arun also holds several certifications, including Google Certified Professional from Google Ads obtained in 2021, Accelerator Program In partnership with NUMA from Silicon Road obtained in 2019, Alumnus from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and MRICS from RICS.
