Jason Varcoe is an experienced product manager with a strong background in education technology and eCommerce. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Smarter Balanced, Jason has successfully increased user engagement through targeted feature enhancements. Previous roles include Director of Product Innovation at Hatch Early Learning, where Jason led multiple teams and significantly improved user satisfaction, and Senior Product Manager at Renovation Brands, overseeing large-scale eCommerce operations. Jason has also held positions at Peterson's, Colorado State University-Global Campus, and other organizations, consistently demonstrating expertise in product development, Agile methodologies, and strategic planning. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, alongside relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management and Applied Management.
