Aura Leah Reyes, MDM has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Aura Leah is currently working as the Vice President of People and Talent at Smarter Good, Inc. and previously held the position of Senior Consultant for People Strategy at the same company. Prior to this, Aura was the CEO and Co-Founder of WeBounce Risk-Financing Tech Platform, where they focused on promoting financial inclusion and resilience in communities. Aura Leah also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at Coast 4C and as the Associate Director at The Financial Inclusion Lab by Civika Asian Development Academy. Aura has a passion for social entrepreneurship and has held roles such as Secretary Board of Directors at Constancio Bernardo Foundation, Program Facilitator at Institute for Solidarity in Asia, Affiliate Partner Consultant at LEADS Resources, and Associate Partner at Las Islas Innovation Partners Inc. Aura Leah also worked as an Individual Contributor at Asian Institute of Management and as the Director of Operations at Pinkberry Ventures, Inc., where they played a pivotal role in expanding the business and launching new stores. Aura Leah Reyes, MDM completed their Master's degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management in the year 2019. Prior to this, they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
