Hazarath Voleti

Hazarath Voleti is a Senior Smartgrid Engineer at Smarter Grid Solutions since September 2022, focusing on optimized Distributed Energy Resource (DER) dispatch and grid flexibility services. Previously, Hazarath served as a Sr Lead Engineer at GE Renewable Energy, specializing in power system protection studies and dynamic analysis, and as a Sr Lead Engineer in SmartGrid Research & Technology at GE Power, developing Microgrid Energy Management Systems. Earlier experiences include a role as Lead Engineer in digital grid applications at GE, where contributions included the development of energy management applications using data science techniques, and as an Engineer working on industrial communication protocols and testing environments. Hazarath holds an MTech in Power Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
