Kevin Morrissey

Kevin Morrissey is an accomplished professional in the energy and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Product Innovation at Smarter Grid Solutions since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading research and prototyping for new technologies. Kevin co-founded Ruoom Inc. in January 2019 and holds experience as an R&D Manager and a Research and Development Engineer at Smarter Grid Solutions, focusing on renewable energy technologies and grid modernization. Previous roles include Software Development Intern at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Senior Consultant at Navigant, and various research positions at prestigious institutions including MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Tufts University. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
