Charanjit Narang-Piche

Charanjit Narang has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as an Auditor at KPMG in 2004 and later worked as a Relationship Manager at OCBC Bank. They then transitioned to the recruitment industry, working as a Consultant at Robert Half Executive Search and later at REED. They joined Hays as a Consultant in the Banking & Insurance sector before moving on to Charterhouse Partnership as a Senior Consultant. In 2012, they joined Swisslinx Asia Pte Ltd as a Managing Consultant, specializing in Finance and Executive Search. From 2014 to 2020, Charanjit served as an HR Director at AnyConnect - the Smarter AI™ Camera Platform. They currently hold the position of Human Resources Director, Strategic Talent Acquisition at Smarter AI.

Charanjit Narang completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2007 to 2008, Charanjit pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
