Polina Roots

Polina Roots has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their most recent position at Smarter Sorting, they served as the Director of Technical Project Management, overseeing technical project management initiatives. Prior to that, at the same company, they held the role of Technical Project Manager.

Before joining Smarter Sorting, Polina worked at American Medical ID as a Digital Project Manager for three years. In this role, they were responsible for managing digital projects.

Polina also worked at Money Management International as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Scrum Master. Polina played a crucial role in managing the implementation of web enhancements and led the Marketing team in Scrum processes and methodology.

At American Corporate Partners, Polina served as an Operations Associate, managing an online business forum for veterans and leading site redesigns.

Furthermore, Polina worked at New Leaders for New Schools as a Technology and Publishing Coordinator and gained valuable experience as an Intern Reporter at Press & Sun Bulletin.

Polina Roots earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University. Polina attended this university from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Polina obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2015.
