Mike Wood

Mike Wood has over two decades of professional experience in user support, communication, and business operations. Currently serving as the Lead User Support Tech at SmartBank since March 2020, Mike previously held the position of User Support Technician. As the Owner of Wood Sign Shop since 1999, Mike oversees all aspects of the business. Mike's background also includes a significant tenure at Progressive Savings Bank from December 2006 to March 2020, where responsibilities included creating content for various media, as well as serving as an Assistant Network Administrator. Prior roles include Sales Administrator at Budweiser of Cookeville and Project Assistant at Signworks. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Journalism, and Public Relations from Tennessee Technological University, attained between 1994 and 1997.
