Partha Pramanik

Partha Pramanik is the SVP of Insurance at SmartFinancial. Partha has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on marketing and strategic planning.

Partha began their career at Answer Financial in 2009 as the Director of Direct Marketing. In this role, they led a team of six and helped transform the company into a multi-channel marketer of financial services products. Partha also launched strategy initiatives to drive new revenue streams and increase margins, such as new SaaS business models and monetization. In addition, they assisted executive leadership in strategic investment decisions.

In their time at Answer Financial, Partha spearheaded the digital transformation of the company by implementing direct-to-consumer customer acquisition campaigns and enhancing digital product fulfillment. This secured 15% growth in sales for the company. Partha also crafted demand nurture lifecycle marketing campaigns to bring back indecisive customers and deepen relationships with customers, resulting in 4% additional sales.

In 2021, Partha joined SmartFinancial as the SVP of Insurance. In this role, they are responsible for leading the insurance division and developing strategies to grow the business. Partha is also responsible for overseeing the budgeting and financial planning for the division.

Partha Pramanik has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas McCombs School of Business with a focus in marketing and information management. Partha also has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago in liberal arts and sciences, general studies and humanities. Partha Pramanik is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster.
