Dominika Osvaldova

Dominika Osvaldova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dominika began their career at IPB Real Estate in 2012, working as a Real Estate Agent until 2015. In 2015, they briefly worked at IBM as a Supply Chain Operations Professional. Moving on, they joined TKS A/S in 2016 as a Sales and Marketing Communication Specialist, where they remained until 2018. Concurrently, in 2016, Dominika co-founded SmartHead, a B2B solution for improving Corporate Sustainability performance. Dominika held the role of Sustainability & ESG Manager and played a crucial role in developing the company's mission to make sustainability the new norm. Finally, in 2020, they became a Founding Member of VATIs Common Ground.

Dominika Osvaldova began their education journey in 2007 at the French Bilingual High School Metodova in Slovakia, where they pursued an intensive education of French with a sciences program. In 2012, they obtained a National specific certificate of French language from the same institution.

Moving forward, Dominika attended Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations. During this time, they also participated in the French program of the Faculty of Commerce.

In 2014, Dominika continued their studies at EM Strasbourg Business School in France, focusing on Business and Management. Dominika completed this program in 2015.

Seeking further academic advancement, Dominika pursued a Master's degree in Development and International Relations at Aalborg University in Denmark from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Dominika obtained the following:

- In 2015, they received a Certificate from the University of Cergy-Pontoise in France, specifically in the field of economy and marketing.

- In 2015, Dominika also acquired an International English Language Certificate (IELTS) from the British Council.

- In 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Business for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from the VATI of Sweden.

- Lastly, in 2022, Dominika completed a Masterclass in ESG Reporting from the Earth Academy.
