Sanne van der Burg

Sanne van der Burg has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Sanne is currently an Account Manager at SmartHOTEL since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager Import/Export at Bunnik Creations from February 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they served as a Reservations Manager at Europe Hotels Private Collection in 2019. Their previous role at Park Hyatt was as a Food and Beverage Manager, where they managed a team of 60 members and successfully opened a new bar, Ses Oliveres. Sanne also organized luxury hospitality events to enhance the brand reputation. Before Park Hyatt, Sanne worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton London Olympia from December 2016 to November 2017, increasing customer satisfaction by 7.4% yearly. From 2006 to 2007, Sanne studied at TIO Hogeschool Hospitality en Toerisme, completing a program that included English, Spanish, NIMA-A, Rooms Division Management, Hostess, Codeco, and Toerism. Lastly, from 2007 to 2010, Sanne attended Hotelschool The Hague - International University of Hospitality Management, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management.
