Alexander Catherwood

Alexander Catherwood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexander most recently served as the West Coast Director of Design & Construction at SmartLabs, where they led the delivery of new facilities and products in the life science spaces. Alexander also played a key role in improving cross-functional outcomes for better overall customer experiences. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Management Consultant at Nova Partners, Inc. from 2019 to 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Alexander served as a Project Manager at CBRE, where they oversaw the MultiCare Health System's Capital Projects. In this role, they led a team and worked closely with system executives and business unit leaders on strategy development, regulatory analysis, and financial analysis.

Before joining CBRE, Alexander held the position of Project Manager/VP at G. Allen Homes from 2010 to 2017. In this role, they led various residential and commercial construction projects, taking charge of all aspects throughout their lifecycle.

Alexander Catherwood earned a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California. Alexander then pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC from 2009 to 2011, but withdrew before completing the program.
