Faith Spotts has had a varied work experience since 2007. In 2007, they worked as an Executive Assistant for Supplemental Educational Services for Walton County, FL, where they submitted monthly invoices of services rendered to the local school district, received payment for services and submitted to the program office, and submitted Walton County tutors' time per pay period and distributed paychecks. In 2011, they worked as a Home Visitor for Tri-County Head Start, providing families with information and assistance with community resources, maintaining assigned records accurate, current, and confidential, and implementing curriculum based on appropriate early intervention as well as each individual child and family's goals and/or needs. In 2015, they worked as an Aquatics Secretary for the City of Dothan, using Canva often to create graphics used for social media and departmental events, creating PowerPoint presentations for use in staff orientation/training exercises, and preparing an annual financial report to show the account balances, etc. In 2021, they worked as a Secretary for the Alabama Electric Company, Inc. of Dothan, answering inquiries and providing information to the public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties, answering telephone, taking messages, screening calls, providing information to callers, receiving complaints, and directing calls or messages to appropriate person, and preparing and balancing financial records using a variety of software, including Sage and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy of information in accordance with various regulatory requirements. Finally, in 2022, they worked as an Accounting Clerk for Carr, Riggs & Ingram, processing interoffice labor requests between 40 branches/offices, reviewing and/or editing "Works in Progress" time for all offices, and submitting invoices and printing checks each week for payment. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Administrator for SmartLam North America™, administering company-wide HR policies by serving as a contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, ensuring all questions are addressed in a timely manner, performing payroll-related functions, including approving time and submitting payroll bi-monthly, and supporting management team with performance review process for all employees.
Faith Spotts' education history includes a High School Diploma from Walton Senior High School, obtained in 2003, as well as an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Northwest Florida State College, obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Freed-Hardeman University for Pre-Law Studies from 2003 to 2005.
