Ilia Obraztcov

Ilia Obraztcov is the CEO of Smartlands and has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. Ilia started their career as a Platform Architect at Ridemetric, where they led a process of cloud platform development for a telematics startup in big-data and machine-learning. Ilia then became the CTO and Principal Architect at Pando Innovations, where they participated in several California-based startups, building products from scratch as well as with an ongoing support/implementation and upon the legacy codebase. In their most recent role as the Founder and CTO of Indigo App, they have designed and delivered various solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies and practices in cloud systems design, AI and big data.

Ilia Obraztcov has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematical modeling from Vologda State Pedagogical University. Ilia also has an Engineer's Degree in Applied mathematics and Informatics from the same school.
