Tetiana Ovchinnikova

Tetiana Ovchinnikova currently serves as the Global Director of People Operations & TA at Smartling since January 2016. Smartling is a translation management platform that helps brands localize content across different devices and platforms. In addition to their role at Smartling, Tetiana also mentors at First Round Fast Track since September 2021. Tetiana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Zicklin School of Business (2013-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Counseling Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistics University (2004-2008).
