David Kaplansky

David Kaplansky has extensive experience in benefits services and project management, currently serving as Manager of Benefits Services at Smartlinx since October 2018. Prior roles at Smartlinx included Technical Project Manager for Benefits and Senior Solutions Delivery Consultant. Before joining Smartlinx, David worked at Winston Benefits Inc as an Implementation Analyst and held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Core Services. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Inside Sales Specialist at SRSsoft and Account Manager at International Playthings. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rutgers Business School, earned in 2009.
