Tina Babaletakis-Sebring

Tina Babaletakis-Sebring has a wide range of experience in various leadership roles. Tina most recently joined Smartlinx in 2022 as the Director of the Project Management Office. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at QuickSpark Financial from 2021 to 2022.

In 2020, Tina joined LINQ as the Vice President of Customer Care, where they also took on the role of Acting Chief Operations Officer. Their responsibilities included developing the company's operational cadence and preparing for organizational change following its acquisition by EMS LINQ. During their time there, they successfully increased service delivery revenue by $4M in just 6 months.

Before joining LINQ, Tina was the Director of Call Center Operations at DRS Services USA, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Tina also served as the Manager of Implementation & Customer Advocacy at Foresight Intelligence® in 2017.

From 2011 to 2017, they worked at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems as the Regional Manager of Implementation & Training for the West & Central regions. Tina also held a role as the Director of EHR Operations and Meaningful Use Consultant at Arizona Pain Specialists in 2011.

Earlier in their career, Tina worked at CompuGroup Medical US as the Director of Professional Services in 2009-2010, and at Sage Software Healthcare Division as a Project Coordination Manager from 2003 to 2009.

Tina Babaletakis-Sebring holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University, which they obtained in 1997. Before that, they completed a Master of Science degree in History and Politics from Texas A&M University in 1994. In 1993, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hofstra University. Tina Babaletakis-Sebring also has a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, although the date of their certification is not provided.
