Katerina Frydrychova has been working in the corporate world since 2013. Katerina began their career as a Facilities Associate at Charter School Business Management Inc. in 2013. In 2016, they joined Red Hat as a Workplace Coordinator and Corporate Receptionist. In their role as Workplace Coordinator, Katerina was responsible for ordering mobile phones, greeting and assisting visitors, monitoring office expenditures, performing basic bookkeeping activities, calculating expenses, dealing with employee complaints, collaborating with associates from other offices in EMEA, monitoring office supplies inventory, assisting in vendor relationship management, following office workflow procedures, maintaining files and records, sorting paper documents to electronic documents, supporting other teams with various administrative tasks, cooperating with catering companies, and preparing events. In 2020, Katerina began their current role as a Back Office Manager at Smartlook.

Katerina Frydrychova attended Kensington and Chelsea College from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Střední škola Hotelnictví a Gastronomie from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Hotel Marketing and Management Diploma.
