Lukáš Dospíšil

Lukáš Dospíšil began their career in 2011 as a Project Manager at Centrumsped, where they were a client-facing Project Manager in the exhibition logistics area and directly led a team of blue collar workers. In 2012, they became a New Product Launch Manager at Continental, where they were responsible for building up new manufacturing production lines for strategic customers in the automotive industry, with yearly budgets in the millions of USD. In 2013, they moved to Economia as an M&A Project Manager, dealing with C-level management and reporting directly to the CEO. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at CSOB as an IT Project Manager and Process Manager/Local Operation Risk Manager. In 2020, they founded Lukas Green, one of the top producers of CBD products for animals on the Czech market. Currently, they are a CRM Project Manager at Smartlook and a Marketing Project Manager at nula advisory. At Smartlook, they are the project lead for Salesforce CRM implementation in a SaaS eCommerce company, and at nula advisory, they are responsible for introducing a new digital product to a global environment and executing a marketing strategy.

Lukáš Dospíšil began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Střední průmyslová škola a Vyšší odborná škola Brno, Sokolská for Technické Lyceum. In 2006, they graduated and moved on to the Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University in Brno, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management in 2009. Lukáš then continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Economics and Management in 2011. In 2011, they also began attending the University of New York in Prague, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management in 2013. During their studies at Mendel University, they also spent one semester studying Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
