Andy Devey

Andy Devey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Smartly.io since August 2023. Prior to this, in May 2023, they founded their own company called AskDeves.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Andy worked at Google for over a decade. Andy held various roles, including the Head of Partner Enablement & Product Commercialisation for the EMEA region from July 2018 to July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Platforms Knowledge Management & Training Lead from July 2014 to July 2018, Performance Solutions Specialist for the UK market from December 2012 to July 2014, and Industry Manager from April 2011 to December 2012.

Before Google, Andy worked at Carat as an Associate Director from March 2010 to April 2011 and as a Digital Media Manager from April 2006 to February 2010. Andy also worked at i-level as a Media Planner from September 2004 to April 2006.

In addition, Andy gained early work experience through an internship program at IMG for two months in 2004. Andy also worked as a Graduate Enterprise at Carrot Media from September 2003 to July 2004.

Andy's work experience began in 2001 when they worked as a Barman at Newcastle University Students' Union until March 2004.

Andy Devey earned a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School in 2021. In 2004, they completed a BSc degree in Information Systems from Newcastle University. Prior to that, from 1989 to 2000, Andy attended Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Wakefield. In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained a certification as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in 2023.
