Arto Tolonen

Arto Tolonen has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles in different companies. Arto began their career as the Head of Product at Smartly.io in January 2015, a position they held until February 2020. Following this role, they became the VP of Product at the same company from February 2020 to May 2021. Arto then served as the Chief Product Officer at Smartly.io from May 2021 to December 2023. Starting in January 2024, they transitioned to the role of CPO, AI Applications at the same company. Before joining Smartly.io, Arto Tolonen co-founded Audiodraft in June 2009, serving as the CTO & Co-founder until August 2013. Arto later became the Chairman and Co-founder of Audiodraft from August 2013 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Service Design at Reaktor Innovations from August 2013 to December 2014. Arto also worked as a Mentor at The Founder Institute from August 2012 to March 2013, contributing to the growth and development of early-stage startup companies.

Arto Tolonen completed their Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Media Technology from Aalto University during the period from 2005 to 2012.
