Holly Gibson is an experienced engineering manager currently leading software engineering teams at Smartly.io, focusing on the development of creative production tools. Previously, Holly held roles such as engineering team lead and software engineer at Smartly.io, where substantial contributions were made to creative automation tools and systems for enhancing advertising effectiveness. With a strong foundation in software development demonstrated during tenure at various companies, including Praxent and BlackLocus, Holly also co-founded Women Who Code Austin, facilitating networking and educational opportunities for women in tech. Holly's educational background includes a B.T.S. in Theology with a focus on web design from The King’s University and training from Hack Reactor.
