Mika Vale

Mika Vale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Global Head of Customer Revenue Operations at Smartly.io since August 2021, Mika has previously held roles as a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Associate from January 2019 to August 2021. Mika also served as a Summer Lecturer in Academic Writing at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and as an Adjunct Lecturer in English Literature and Language at Uppsala University. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in English Literature from Durham University, a Master's degree in English Literature from UCL, and a Bachelor's degree in English and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
