Kim Wolters

Kim Wolters is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Legal Manager and DPO at Smartmatic since September 2013, Kim has also held prominent roles such as Voorzitter VvE at VvE Schinkelhaven, Ambassadeur at IMCWeekendschool, and a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee at Stichting Wielewaal. Previous experience includes senior legal positions at ICTS Europe Holdings B.V. and Weidema van Tol, advocaten, along with interim legal counsel at ProLogis and corporate legal counsel roles at Royal Ahold. Kim holds a degree from Maastricht University and has completed education at College Sittard and St. Petrusschool.
