Heena Surani

Heena Surani has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Heena is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Smartnumbers, where they are responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the company's mission and developing strategic HR plans. Previously, they held positions as Human Resources Director at Signature Flight Support, Head of HR at Landmark Aviation, RSS Jet Centre, and Ocean Sky Aviation. In these roles, they collaborated with executive teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals, optimized policies and processes, and formed strategic partnerships to impact the bottom line. Heena also has experience as an HR Advisor and HR Assistant at Loewy Group, a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, and a Senior Branch Administrator at Adecco UK.

Heena Surani completed their education with a BA (Hons) in Design Management & Innovation from De Montfort University in 2007. Heena also obtained an MA in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University in 2008. Additionally, they completed A-levels in English, Art, and Business Studies from Bosworth International College in 2004, and earned their GCSE from Sir Christopher Hatton School in 2002. Furthermore, they completed a program in HR from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT in 2008.
