Bella Bruschini has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Filing and Scanning Clerk role at Standard Chartered (Trust) Guernsey Ltd in 2013. In 2014, they participated in the IOD Management Shadowing Scheme at Generali Worldwide. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Bar Staff at the Cock and Bull Pub, where they improved their social skills and customer service abilities. In 2017, they completed a four-week Assurance Internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers Guernsey, providing their with an insight into the accounting world and Microsoft Excel functions. In 2018, they were a Temporary Accounts Administrator at Aon Guernsey, responsible for daily administration tasks. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Partnerships and Events Coordinator at the Philharmonia Orchestra, responsible for account management, prospect research, and creating innovative avenues for sponsorship. In 2020, they were a Call Handler at a confidential company. Most recently, they have been working at Smartology.net since 2021, where they have held the roles of Head of Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Executive.

Bella Bruschini attended The Ladies' College Guernsey from 2008 to 2015. Bella then attended Durham University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music. In 2020, they obtained The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage. In 2021, they became an Affiliate Studying Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
