Larissa Tait has had a varied work experience over the last nine years. In 2021, they joined Smartr365 as Customer Success Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Executive, and Customer Success Executive. From 2019 to 2021, they were Sales Supervisor at Southern Discoveries where they drove overall profits to a 35% increase over the year and personally generated more than $100,000 in revenue in December. From 2018 to 2019, they were Senior Sales and Marketing Assistant at Kinross Cottages, where they co-ordinated bookings and payments for the onsite Boutique accommodation, organised the Cellar Door and Bistro for reservations, and conducted conferences, event management and private tastings. From 2016 to 2018, they were Senior Team Lead at Craggy Range Vineyards Ltd, where they had responsibilities such as understanding and explaining in depth the knowledge and culture about the various wines from the region and how this influenced Craggy Ranges wine sales strategies and marketing, hosting private wine tastings and dining reservations, and hosting at one of NZ’s best Winery Restaurants. From 2013 to 2016, they were Sales, Promotional and Marketing at Brandswank/Monteiths, where they facilitated sales on behalf of Monteith’s/Giesen Wines and The Brown Beer Co at local events, built and maintained relationships with existing clients, and provided advertising at retail and liquor outlets around Christchurch. From 2014 to 2016, they were Community Support Worker at Nurse Maude, where they provided independent assistance for domestic and personal tasks for elderly members of the community who reside in their own home, organised their own schedule with clients, and logically planned, problem solved and communicated with clients.

Larissa Tait graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences & Geography, and a minor in Antarctic Studies.
