Sahel Kohistani

Sahel Kohistani is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in sales and customer service. Currently serving as the Founding GTM Lead at SmartRecover since July 2025, Sahel previously held multiple roles at SciLeads from October 2022 to July 2025, including Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Sales Development Representative. Prior to this, from July 2017 to October 2022, Sahel worked at Loblaw Companies Limited as a Personal Shopper, where responsibilities included managing employees, analyzing customer surveys, and improving sales performance, along with working as a Cashier. Sahel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University, which was completed in August 2022.
