Andriy Martyniv

Andriy Martyniv is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at SmartRecruiters since November 2020, overseeing intelligence, core services, and administration. Prior to this role, Andriy held positions at jobpal as Co-Founder and CTO, focusing on product development and recruitment automation through chatbot technology. Additional experience includes work as a Senior Research Engineer and Development Lead at HERE, a Nokia company, as well as roles at Nokia, Layar, Levi9 Ukraine, and Mirasoft, where responsibilities spanned software development, engineering management, and project leadership. Andriy holds a Master's degree in Informatics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
