De Hansen

De Hansen has diverse work experience in various industries and roles. They started their career in 2001 at iHeartMedia, where they worked as a Pregame host and later became an Afternoon Drive Talk Show Host/Play-by-Play broadcaster. They also worked at Audacy, Inc. as a Weekend Host/Reporter and at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. as a Television Play-by-Play announcer.

In 2013, De Hansen joined Invodo as a Senior Recruiter, leading and managing all recruiting efforts across departments. They later worked at Indeed.com as a Customer Success Manager, nurturing partnerships with SaaS clients and collaborating cross-functionally with different teams.

De Hansen also gained experience at LogicMonitor as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and SmartRecruiters as a Principal Customer Success Manager, where they engage with global recruiting leaders.

They also have experience in sports media, working as a Play-by-Play announcer for high school football at VYPE Media, television play-by-play announcer at L2 Productions, LLC, and play-by-play voice at Concordia University Texas.

Throughout their career, De Hansen has demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, enabling them to excel in their roles across various industries.

De Hansen holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Baylor University. In 2023, De obtained a certification as a SmartRecruiters Expert Administrator from SmartRecruiters.
