Mike Brett

Mike Brett's work experience includes roles at various companies. Mike is currently working at SmartRecruiters as the Large Enterprise Sales Lead for the APAC region. Prior to this, they were the Director and Co-Founder of babymates, an app that connects new dads. Mike also worked at Xref, where they held multiple roles, including Global Sales and Partnerships Director and Sales Director. Mike started their career at Robert Walters as a Sales & Pre-Sales Permanent Consultant. Mike also has experience as the Head of Business Development at FusionExperience Ltd and as a Senior Consultant at CD Recruitment. Mike started their professional journey as an Undergraduate Business Management Intern at MITIE.

Mike Brett attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Business Management with a 2.1 degree. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they completed their A Levels at Woking College, studying Law, Economics, Business Studies, and English Literature. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SmartRecruiters Expert Administrator from SmartRecruiters in 2023.
