Jonathan Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jonathan began their career in the U.S. Army, where they served as a Team Leader and Satellite Communications Systems Operator, gaining experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining satellite communications equipment. After leaving the military, they joined L3Harris Technologies as a Field Support Engineer, providing customer-level installation and support for a range of communication systems. Jonathan then moved on to ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, where they worked as a Sales Engineer, driving demand for access control products and training technicians on proper installation and configuration. Most recently, Jonathan has been with SmartRent, first as a Solutions Engineer providing technical sales support for IoT and access control products, and later as a Manager and Regional Channel Sales Director. In these roles, they have provided consultative and design services, as well as driving sales and managing channels. Jonathan has a strong background in technical sales and customer support, with a focus on access control and communication systems.

Jonathan Lowe has a diverse education history. Jonathan began their studies in 1996 at Marion High School, where they completed their secondary education. Afterward, they pursued higher education and enrolled in the U.S. Army Signal University in 2011. Jonathan specialized in Military Strategic and Tactical Satellite Communication Systems, completing their studies in 2012.

Jonathan continued their educational journey by attending American Military University from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they focused on Information Technology Security, gaining expertise in the field of Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they completed the "Google Cloud Platform Essential Training" and "Learning Cloud Computing: Cloud Storage" certifications through LinkedIn. In May 2020, they also received the certification for "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" through the same platform. Later in September 2020, they completed the "Wireless Networking Essential Training" certification. Most recently, in July 2022, they obtained the "Securing the IoT: Introduction" certification from LinkedIn.
