Juliet Glomb has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Barista at Dutch Bros Coffee. Juliet worked in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and producing high-quality drinks. In 2016, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Disney College Program Intern, where they contributed to creating a memorable guest experience and demonstrated strong multitasking skills. After that, they worked at Alaska Airlines as a Customer Service Representative, providing excellent customer service and utilizing complex problem-solving skills. In 2018, they joined Blanco as a Server before transitioning to Carvana as a Customer Advocate, and eventually progressing to roles in their New Employee Success Training Team. At Carvana, they developed strong relationships with stakeholders and peers, managed instructional design processes, and effectively determined process improvements. In 2022, they took on the role of Community Outreach Intern at Phoenix Health and Wellbeing, before joining SmartRent as a Community Project Manager.
Juliet Glomb began their education journey in 2012 at Wenatchee Valley College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Graphic Design in 2014. Following that, they attended Arizona State University from 2014 to 2022, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a concentration in Leadership & Management in the field of Public Service & Public Policy. In 2015, they enrolled in an Intensive Spanish Course at Academia Contacto.
Furthermore, Juliet has earned several additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained a Ski Instructor Level I certification from PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors. In 2018, they obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification at Level I from Yoga Alliance. Finally, in 2022, they acquired a Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate from Google.
