Nicholas Snyder

Nicholas Snyder has over 10 years of work experience. Nicholas has held various leadership positions at SmartRent, including Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Implementation & Support, Vice President of Client Engagement, Director of Client Experience, and Product Manager. Nicholas also worked at PagerDuty as a Technical Support representative and at Invoca, where they held roles in Customer Success and Business Development. Additionally, Nicholas has experience working as a Gauchosplay Liaison for Sports Clubs at UCSB Recreational Sports and as an Intern at Environmental Education Group. Nicholas also served as a Merchandise Manager at Sprout Up.

Nicholas Snyder completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science at UC Santa Barbara from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Economics and Accounting at Santa Barbara City College from 2009 to 2011, although they did not obtain a degree in these fields. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Product Management With Good Review" from Product School in December 2015, "Typographic Logos: Typography and Lettering for Logo Design," "User Experience Design: Complete UX Mastery Course," and "Customer Success Management" from Udemy in 2015 and 2014 respectively. Nicholas also completed a certification in "Technology Entrepreneurship" from UC Santa Barbara in June 2013 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
