Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Product Management With Good Review" from Product School in December 2015, "Typographic Logos: Typography and Lettering for Logo Design," "User Experience Design: Complete UX Mastery Course," and "Customer Success Management" from Udemy in 2015 and 2014 respectively. Nicholas also completed a certification in "Technology Entrepreneurship" from UC Santa Barbara in June 2013 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
