Shannon Richardson

Shannon Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Shannon is currently working as a Project Manager at SmartRent since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Blue Stone Management from October 2021 to June 2022, and at Water Studio from March 2021 to October 2021. Shannon'searlier experience includes working as a CAD Drafter at DK Engineer, Corp from October 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they served as a Drafter II - Team Lead at Tilson Technology Management from November 2017 to August 2019, and as a Drafter/Designer at Bellwether Design Technologies from July 2016 to November 2017. Shannon began their career as a Guest Service Coordinator at Unified Parking Partners from July 2014 to August 2016. Throughout their career, Shannon has gained expertise in project management, coordination, drafting, and design across various industries including civil engineering, technology management, and parking services.

Shannon Richardson has a strong educational background in technology management and architectural and engineering design. They obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Southern Maine from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Architectural and Engineering Design from Southern Maine Community College, which was completed from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Shannon Richardson has also obtained certifications in other areas. In February 2016, they became a certified PADI Open Water Diver through PADI. They also obtained a certification in SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design - Associate from Dessault Systems in December 2015.
