Smartroof hired Regional Director of Storm, nu Look Home Design, Inc.'s sales manager, in April 2019. The Regional Director of Storm had been with Nu Look Home Design, Inc. since June 2015 and was responsible for managing the company's in-home and outside sales force in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Regional Director of Storm was consistently one of the top sellers at Nu Look Home Design, Inc., with a high closing rate in both fields.

Prior to joining Nu Look Home Design, Inc., the Regional Director of Storm worked as a grant writer for The Hand Rehabilitation Foundation. The Regional Director of Storm was the sole author of "The Information Expansion Project," a 222-page grant.

Before working at The Hand Rehabilitation Foundation, the Regional Director of Storm worked for Aramark in operations. The Regional Director of Storm served the largest university class in history at the time.
