Alexander Yamir Reyes Landaeta

Alexander Yamir Reyes Landaeta has worked for four companies since 2013. Alexander Yamir began their career at Person to Person Análisis, C.A. as an Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente in a call center, where they managed calls from the largest teleoperadoras in Venezuela with the goal of providing excellent customer service. In 2016, they joined MAS MUSCULOS NUTRICIÓN DEPORTIVA as an Escritor Creativo for their health blog, using their communication, SEO, and writing skills to create interesting articles and initiatives. In 2018, they moved to Posicionamiento Eficaz as an Operador de Data Entry & Asistencia al Cliente in their e-commerce business, where they were responsible for translating documents, managing databases, and providing customer support via phone, chat, and email. Most recently, in 2022, they joined SmartRyde as a Customer Success Executive.

Alexander Yamir Reyes Landaeta has a comprehensive education history. Alexander Yamir obtained their Bachiller degree in Ciencias from U.E. Colegio La Concordia between 2000 and 2011. Alexander Yamir then pursued a Licenciatura in Estudios Internacionales from Universidad Central de Venezuela between 2016 and 2021. Alexander Yamir is currently pursuing a Técnico Superior in Comercio Exterior from Instituto Universitario Nuevas Profesiones, expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to International Transport and Logistics from ITC SME Trade Academy in 2022, Inglés como Lengua Extranjera from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2020, and Community Manager from Instituto Universitario de Diseño Las Mercedes in 2020.
