Brian Billingsley has extensive experience in technology and customer support, currently serving as the Solution Support Manager at SmartSense by Digi since May 2018. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Customer Care Manager at Digi International from October 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, Brian worked as an IT Support Technician at the Public Safety Communications Consortium of Saint Joseph County in 2015 and spent 14 years at the Mishawaka Police Department, where responsibilities included Dispatch Coordinator and Technology Specialist. Brian is an alumnus of Indiana University South Bend.
