Alex Bonamo

Alex Bonamo is an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in commercial sales and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Sales at Smartsheet, Alex has held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President and Sr. Director, where accomplishments include achieving over 107% quota attainment and pioneering a vertical-oriented selling approach. Prior to Smartsheet, Alex served as Director of Enterprise Sales at SmartBear Software, where the launch of the first Enterprise Sales Organization resulted in significant revenue growth. Alex's earlier roles include leadership positions at Unidesk and Unitrends, driving substantial increases in sales performance and implementing effective sales strategies. Alex holds a BA in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, and Graphic Design from Mercyhurst University.
