April Mears

April Mears is a Staff Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet since May 2023, having previously served as Academy Solutions Engineer. Mears is also a member of the PreSales Collective and completed training at PreSales Academy, acquiring over 100 hours of presales-specific training and mentorship from industry professionals. Prior experience includes roles as a Professional School Counselor in various educational districts, such as Davis Joint Unified School District, where Mears consulted with students to identify needs and taught social skills, as well as Portland Public Schools, where Mears created and delivered a comprehensive learning plan for a large student body. April Mears holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.
