Courtney Sawasaki

Courtney Sawasaki, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing global leave programs and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Leave Programs at Smartsheet since June 2020, Courtney oversees leave and time-off program development across multiple countries, while managing life insurance, workers' compensation, and accommodations. Previous roles at Smartsheet include Senior Benefits Partner and Senior Benefits Specialist, focused on global leave and benefits administration. Prior to Smartsheet, Courtney worked at Redfin in several HR positions, and held roles in technical recruiting and staffing at VitalSource IT and CareerStaff Unlimited. Courtney began the career with positions in customer service and management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Go Wireless Inc., and Starbucks. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Davis.
