Rick Lu is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a strong background in the cosmetics and personal care industry. Currently serving as Category Sourcing Senior Manager at E.L.F. Beauty since January 2023, Rick previously held roles as Regional Procurement Manager at Beiersdorf for NEA and Emerging Markets, where significant ODM strategies were developed, and as Procurement Manager at NetEase overseeing procurement for Finished Goods in the cosmetics sector. Rick's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Beiersdorf in APAC, L'Oréal managing PM procurement for China CPD Skincare, and Johnson & Johnson focusing on contract manufacturing and process optimization.
