Dhriti Dave is a Senior Engineering Manager at Smartsheet since February 2020, overseeing the Commerce Services pillar, which includes Payments, Licensing, and Plan Insights, and has successfully expanded the team from one to three teams. Prior experience includes engineering management roles at IBM® SevOne® Network Performance Management and EnerNOC, along with technical leadership at Kyra InfoTech, Inc. and a progression through senior development positions at CA Technologies, BNY Mellon, and Fidelity Investments. Dhriti holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
