Jen Lyons

Jen Lyons serves as the Global Director of Customer Success for Smartsheet since December 2019, where the focus is on developing strategies for the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, while creating content and defining success criteria. Previous roles include Senior Manager at ContractSafe, Customer Success roles at Appsian Security and Microsoft, and Director of Customer Onboarding at Rainforest QA. Jen also has experience as Senior Client Success Manager at Jhana and Manager of Customer Success at Glassdoor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Elmira College.
