Kenneth Villaplana Navarro is currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at VMware since October 2021, following a tenure at Tek Experts where Kenneth held roles as Azure Support and Technical Lead from September 2017. Prior experience includes a position in Customer Service at SYKES Costa Rica from June 2016 to February 2017. Kenneth is pursuing a degree in Engineering in Systems at Universidad Fidélitas, with studies ongoing since 2016, and earlier completed foundational courses at Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica in the same year.
