Max Long

Maxwell Long is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology sales and customer solutions. Currently serving as President Go to Market at Smartsheet since March 2024, Maxwell previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at NetApp from March 2021 to March 2024. Prior to that role, Maxwell worked at Adobe from January 2017 to February 2021 as SVP/Chief Customer Officer, overseeing a comprehensive range of customer services for enterprise clients. Maxwell's extensive tenure at Microsoft from February 2005 to January 2017 included roles such as Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Global Delivery, where Maxwell led a large team focused on enterprise solutions, and President of Microsoft Canada, responsible for significant business operations and P&L. Earlier experience includes key positions at Microsoft and IBM United Kingdom Ltd.
