Kristen Gorodetzer

Kristen Gorodetzer is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Aptiv since January 2025, Kristen has also been an esteemed member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council from June 2021 to March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cigna, where responsibilities encompassed leading Human Resources Centers of Expertise and overseeing significant transformation initiatives across multiple countries. Kristen's earlier experience includes managing compensation programs at DuPont and providing HR consulting at Unisys. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University.
